YOUR DELIVERY QUESTIONS ANSWERED

How long does it take for my order to be delivered? +

Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day. For orders with badges, dispatch will occur within 10 business days.

Can I track the delivery of my order? +

Yes, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived? +

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us via the TIG HELP HUB using the form below with your order details, and we will assist you.

Do you offer express shipping options? +

Currently, express shipping options are not available. All orders are dispatched the next business day if placed after 1:00 PM.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? +

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, changes to the address may not be possible.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped? +

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Are there any shipping fees? +

Orders over $75 incl GST do not incur any charges, Orders below $75 incl GST will be charged a fee of $22 Incl GST

Can I combine multiple orders for a single delivery? +

Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders into one shipment once they have been processed.

What happens if my delivery is damaged during transit? +

If your delivery is damaged, please contact us immediately via the TIG HELP HUB with photos or details of the issue.

What Happens if I have not received my order within 10 days? +

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch new orders within one week and deliver them within one week of dispatch. However, some orders, especially those involving remote delivery locations, may take longer.

If you haven’t received a dispatch email within [e.g. 7 days] of placing your order, or your order hasn’t arrived within [e.g. 10 days] after dispatch notification, please contact us at customerservice@totalimagegroup.com.au.

Please note: Reports of non-receipt made after one month may limit our ability to investigate or provide a replacement, subject to the circumstances and available information.

Can I schedule a specific delivery date? +

We currently do not offer scheduled delivery dates. Deliveries will occur within the standard shipping times.
